While much of her service record is seemingly covered over by Ishgardian Intelligence, what is known is her apparent absence from the Order for the three years prior to the Song's end. Though these days, she is once more a knight in good standing.

  • Childhood: Helaine was an orphan of the brume until the age of ten, when she was adopted by Ser Veleaux Buinocette, a temple knight lancer of Ishgard. Perhaps you knew her when she was younger.

  • Missing In Action: There were reports of a dragoon matching Helaine's description fighting for the dravanian heretics for the final three years of the Song. Though her record is stained with ink, officially she was reported MIA during that period.

  • Current Days: Helaine is considered to be in good standing with the Ishgardian government, with a record mostly inked over by the Inquisition. Now retired due to injuries sustained in battle, she serves as a consultant for the Order of Knights-Dragoon and spends most of her days drinking when not behind a desk.
